I used to skip breakfast. Not once or twice a week, but all of the time. I knew this was definitely not a good for my health, but I thought I had no choice. I was convinced I had no time, however I was very wrong. There are so many quick and easy ways to put something together in the mornings, whether you’re a student or a parent on-the-go. Yogurt parfaits became a quick favourite for my mornings since they are fruit-filled, and you can sprinkle them with toppings to kick up the nutrients factor.
