Why The Barbie 2016 Fashionistas Line Is So Important

Curvy Barbie Tall Barbie Petite Barbie Original Barbie

Barbie has introduced its 2016 Fashionistas line and it made me VERY happy. At 28 years old, I felt like I could finally relate to this beautiful doll that I had created so many fond memories with. I finished it in 2 days, and that’s while keeping up with a 13 month old!

Fuller House Teaser

HAVE MERCY!
That is exactly what I had to tell myself a second ago when I saw that Netflix had released a teaser for Fuller House. I am right back in the 90’s with my black spandex shorts, over-sized sweater and teased hair – the epic DJ Tanner look!

The big news is that they will launch all of the episodes on February 26th, 2016, so mark your calendars! We all know what I will be doing on that day… #NetflixAndChill (literally!).

Okay, okay….here it is!

A New Vision

A Style Soiree Logo

When I started blogging back in 2010, I did it for the desire to share my experiences; essentially with the hopes that I could help or inspire someone going down a similar path. Of course, I loved writing too. I love the creative process of it all. Since then, I have grown greatly, as a writer and as a person; as well as acquired a new vision for my beloved blog.
