Guess who has the Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection Palette? I DO! I DO! I got it in the mail today and I am so incredibly excited to share this with all of you. I am absolutely in love with Becca Cosmetics as their pigments are out of this world, and most importantly compliment with my tanned skin so perfectly. I am literally counting down the days until I can get my hands on the rest of the Becca x Jaclyn Hill Collection. I had high expectations for this palette, based on other Becca Cosmetic products I own, and let’s just say it will be my go-to palette all summer long!
Becca x Jaclyn Hill Collection
I can’t believe that it took me as long as it did to discover Becca Cosmetics, but I am SO GLAD that I did. I am obsessed with all of their products. Every. Single. One. My very first Becca product came in my Sephora Favorites Paint It Pink Spring 2016 set. The Becca Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed in Rose Gold immediately caught my attention; and I’ve been hooked since. I followed the hype of the Becca x Jaclyn Hill Shimmering Skin Perfector™ Pressed – Champagne Pop and gave in the purchase – once again, I’m obsessed!
On Tuesday, Jaclyn Hill announced on her Snapchat that she begged Sephora to release the Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection Palette and they agreed. A limited amount would be available via the Sephora app by using #ChampagnePop in search. I received the news, put my LO to sleep, and off to the Sephora app I went. I GOT ONE!
Becca x Jaclyn Hill Champagne Collection Palette
After hearing Jaclyn Hill herself speak about this product, how can you not be so incredibly excited for this palette? The day after ordering, as I drove by my front door to the underground garage of my condo, I was pretty much stalking my front door to see if there was a tag from Canada Post (You know, the creepy drive-by stare. Yes, that was me directed at my front door.).
Okay, so details…..
The palette includes:
- 2 x 0.19 oz Shimmering Skin Perfector™ Pressed highlighter shades in Champagne Pop (soft white gold with pinky peach undertones), Prosecco Pop (medium warm gold)
- 2 x 0.12 oz Mineral Blush in Amaretto (matte toasted almond), Pamplemousse (matte warm coral pink)
- 0.10 oz Luminous Blush in Rosé Spritz (soft peachy pink with pale gold shimmer)
Check it all out for yourself in this mini unboxing video I did via Instagram:

As I mentioned, I already have Champagne Pop. But seriously, a girl cannot have enough of this beautiful pigmented highlighter, especially with summer around the corner. So I am more than happy to have a second. Here are a few of my first thoughts on the palette:
- The shades are truly for all skin tones!
- The colours are so pigmented and beautiful.
- This palette includes the perfect shades for summer; they’re so soft.
To be honest, I had a concern with this palette. Same one I do with many blush, contour or highlight palettes – But how will this look on my tanned skin? Unfortunately, a lot of palette available are made with fair skin as a focus, so not all palette are for me. This is why it is so important for me to see swatches on medium or darker skin tones, not just fair. So far, Becca has been 100% on their products and their radiant results on my skin tone. But how will the Champagne Collection Palette measure up? Here are the results:
All of these shades look amazing! I am so delighted with the results. I especially love Pamplemousse, but may be a little biased as I have always been a fan of coral on my cheeks. Both Amaretto and Rosé Spritz bring out the nicest colour to my cheeks too. The gold shimmer of Rosé Spritz is was stands out the most to me out of the three blushes.
I had no doubt in my mind that Champagne Pop was going to be loved. The peach undertone plays so well with my natural tones. It brings out a certain charm in my skin and highlight. I was particularly excited to try Prosecco Pop because gold…. I feel like an effin unicorn! All of my dreams have come true! But seriously, I have been highlighting for years. Yes, before it was cool. The warm gold of Prosecco Pop blows all of the highlighters I have had to date right out of the water. I feel like a tanned beach goddess- yes, the kind that slowly walk out of the water in the intro of Reggaeton music videos. Someone take me to South Beach, because I will slay!
If there is one palette you want to get for yourself this summer, this is it. You can find out more info on the collection here. The entire collection will be available on Sephora’s website on May 26th and available in stores on June 16th.
